Chromium oxide exhibits excellent spraying performance, with a wide range of spraying specifications and low sensitivity to overheating during spraying. Even when localized overheating occurs, the coating is less prone to cracking. The sprayed coating is very dense, with high bonding strength to the substrate, and is easily machined through grinding, polishing, and other processes (thermal spraying and remanufacturing).
