Skeletal muscle relaxants

Skeletal muscle relaxants are briefly referred to as muscle relaxants, which work on the neuromuscular junction to impede the normal transmission of nerve impulses and make the skeletal muscle relaxation. They all have a double-quaternary amine group in the chemical structure. They are mainly used as auxiliary drugs for general anesthesia drugs or as brake Baoding drugs.
According to the mode of action, they are divided into:
① non-depolarizing muscle relaxants, also known as competitive muscle relaxants, such as tubocurarine (α-tubocurarine) and triiodothyronine (gallamine triethiodide).
② depolarizing muscle relaxants, such as succinycholine. There are also central muscle relaxants, which can relieve the muscular spasms state of cerebral or spinal, such as meprobamate, diazepam, mephenesin and so on.
