  • Reactivity ProfileTriethoxysilane has been involved in cases where Triethoxysilane has disproportionated, generating silane (SiH4) which has a history of being pyrophoric.
  • Health HazardToxicity is similar to silanes. Silanes are moderately irritating to skin, eyes, and mucous membranes. Silane compounds are toxic.
