有機試薬
1世紀初期から19世紀中葉まで,主に天然有機物(例えば動物、植物の抽出液)を利用して定性分析や定量分析を行う。19世紀下半葉から20世紀20年代まで,人工的に合成される有機試薬が始めて現れ,例えばオキソジチオ炭酸カリウムでニッケル、銅、モリブデンを検出する;モリンでアルミを検出する;ジアゾカップリング反応で亜硝酸イオンを検出する;α-ニトロソ基-β-ナフトールでコバルトを検出する;ジアセチルジオキシムでニッケルを検出する等。30年代エフェクト基群を提供しかつ50年代末分析官能基群理論を提出した後に,異なるイオンのエフェクト分析官能基群を探すために,大量の有機試薬の選別作業を行い,多くの実用的価値のある試薬(例えば銅試薬、ネオクプロイン試薬、カドミウム試薬、ベリリウム試薬、トロン試薬等)を合成した。50年代前,錯体は分析化学において主に二成分キレート化合物の沈殿反応によって定性的検出、沈殿分離及び重量分析等に用いられ,50~60年代初期錯滴定法を主とし,60年代後期から,研究の重点は光分析に変化し,それと同時にキレート化合物の有機溶剤の抽出を発展させる。8-ヒドロキシキノリン、ヒドラゾン系、オキシム系、ヒドロキサム酸系、ポリフェノール系、1,10-フェナントロリン系、リン酸系抽出剤、β-ジケトン系、トリフェニルメタン系酸性染料、キサンテン系染料及びアゾ系染料等の様々な試薬は広く研究しかつ応用される。その一方,有機試薬の構造に関する論理研究(例えば電子的効果、立体効果、置換基の影響)は新規な有機試薬の開発を推し進め,例えばヘテロ環アゾ系試薬。この間にモノアゾクロモトロプ酸系試薬及びビスアゾクロモトロプ酸系試薬の発展も進んでいる。70年代中期,吸着剤とキレート樹脂は大幅に発展してきた。80年代以来,中国の分析化学研究者はさらに非対称型ビスアゾクロモトロプ酸系試薬の合成と応用分野で良い結果を取得する。 有機試薬は分析化学分野における応用が非常に広く,主に溶剤、沈殿剤、錯化剤、指示薬、発色剤及び界面活性剤等に用いられる。様々な分析要件を満たすために,ある時にある試薬を精製する必要があり,一般的に蒸留法を利用して液体状の有機試薬を精製し,それに対して結晶法や昇華法を利用して固体物質を精製する。蒸気圧の高い物質即ち精製の沸点が低く又は沸騰温度でも分解しない有機試薬に対して一般的に常圧蒸留法を利用して精製を行う;発揮しにくく又は水にわずかに溶解する物質即ち精製の沸点が高く又は沸騰温度で分解する有機試薬に対して減圧蒸留法や水蒸気蒸留法を利用して精製を行う。 蒸留法によって有機試薬を精製することは実験室でよく使用される精製方法である。常用の蒸留装置は一般的に蒸留器、凝縮器と収集器という三つの部分によって構成され,またその補助装置は加熱器、温度計、液体収集管、コーク等を含む。
