Details

This product smells like fruits, is a wide-spectrum flavor and sweetness enhancer, widely used in edible essence, tobacco, bakery food, ice cream, beverage, flavorings, pastries, cosmetics. It can also be used to produce essence for special purposes such as coffee, chocolate, nuts. Physical and chemical properties   

White crystalline powder, soluble in ethanol (5ml / g), propane and propylene glycol, slightly soluble in most of the non-volatile oil, 1g soluble in 72ML of water, soluble in boiling waterIt is easy to sublimate ,resolve under atmospheric distillation and changes color when meeting with alkali and iron.

Sensory property

Nut-like sweet flavor, maple or lovage-like scent. It appears licorice flavor similar to maple sugar in its diluted solution. With sweet flavor in rich aroma, it is charming, pleasant and enjoyable.

Presence of natural

It can be formed not only in the paralysis process of wood, but also in the corresponding tar, and can be detected in fenugreek oil and coffee, high-quality tobacco leaf volatiles.

Product function

Methyl cyclopentenolone is a broad spectrum food flavoring agent, it is a king of spice permitted by the provisions of GB2760-96 in China.

With nuts-like walnuts, maple trees, fragrant incense materials, it can be used for modulation flavor with aroma synergies. Such as coffee, cocoa, chocolate, nuts, maple syrup, caramel and other food flavors deployment.

As a tobacco flavor, can improve the tobacco flavor, improve the grade of tobacco leaf and tobacco quality, and serve as modifiers and moderator.
