藏红花醛 用途与合成方法
藏红花醛呈黄色液体状，溶于乙醇等有机溶剂。
藏红花醛可由藏红花中的苦味素一苦藏花素在酸中水解取得，或由β-环柠檬醛或a-环香叶酸用氧化硒催化脱氢制得。
Safranal 是藏红花 (Crocus sativus) 的主要成分，具有口服活性，是这种香料的独特香气来源。Safranal 具有神经保护和抗炎作用，并有用于帕金森氏病的研究潜力。
Safranal (10-50 μM; for 1 h) dose-dependently decreases LPS-induced iNOS and COX-2 levels in both RAW264.7 cells and BMDMs.
Safranal (10-50 μM; for 1 h) inhibits cytokine IL-6 and TNF-α production and mRNA expression in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells.
Safranal (10, 50 μM; for 1 h followed by stimulation with 1 μg/ml of LPS for 30 min) inhibits the nuclear translocation of NF-κB and AP-1 in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated RAW264.7 cells.
