The extract is a concentrated, purified extract of the Mohave yucca plant, Yucca shidigera, spray-dried onto maltodextrin
at a 50% concentration of yucca solids. The extract is tan to brown and can be diluted easily and quickly to any level in any
formulation. It has a mildly sweet, somewhat caramel-like odor and is essentially tasteless. Also see Yucca Mohave.
