Testosterone propionate is a white crystal or white crystalline powder at room temperature, odorless. It is insoluble in water, soluble in alcohol or ether, slightly soluble in vegetable oils, easily soluble in chloroform. Its pharmacological effects are similar to Methyltestosterone , but it is slightly stronger than the latter . It is susceptibly damaged by the liver through oral administration, therefore ,oral administration is invalid for Testosterone propionate.
