Chlorophosphonazo I

Application

Under current environmental protection industry requirements, calcium analysis is crucial in environmental testing, monitoring, and remediation, especially in water quality testing and treatment. m-Formylazochlorophosphine, a novel, highly sensitive indicator, offers advantages such as speed, efficiency, accuracy, and ease of use. Azochlorophosphine I is the raw material for synthesizing m-Formylazochlorophosphine.

Synthesis

The solid powder of raw material azidochlorophosphine I, ten times the weight of the raw material azidochlorophosphine I dissolved in pure water at 60-80 warm, and then filter the above solution while it is still hot, and then remove insoluble substances, and then add concentrated hydrochloric acid to the filtered solution, leave it overnight, and the next day there will be a solid precipitation, filter out the solids in the reaction solution, and filter out the solids immersed into the concentrated hydrochloric acid, the solids: the weight ratio of concentrated hydrochloric acid is 1:1-1.1, immersed again for more than 1 hour, and can then repeat the above steps according to actual needs, that is, the completion of the immersion of the solid. The weight ratio of solid:concentrated hydrochloric acid is 1:1-1.1, soak for more than 1 hour, filter out the solid again, and then repeat the above soaking steps according to the actual needs, and finally dry it in a vacuum drying oven at 80-100 , that is to say, the purification of azidochlorophosphine I is completed.
