Blue powder. Soluble in acetone and ethanol. Color changes when exposed to copper or iron ions.
Disperse Blue BGL is primarily used for dyeing polyester and its blended fabrics, and also for dyeing acetate, triacetate, and nylon. It is suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure dyeing, hot-melt dyeing, and carrier dyeing. It has a vibrant blue color, excellent fastness, and excellent color blending properties. It is often blended with Disperse Yellow Brown 2RFL and Disperse Red Ruby 2GFL to dye various light, medium, and dark shades. For polyester-cotton blended fabrics, it can be used in the same bath as reactive dyes for printing and dyeing.
Anthracene-9,10-dione stlfonation, Hydrolyzed with sodium hydroxide, sulfonated with fuming sulfuric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid nitration, with sodium sulfide, and boric acid, phenol, Benzaldehyde, the addition of sulfuric acid translocation, with hydrosulfite desulfonation.
Properties and Applications
bright blue. Dark blue powder. Soluble in ethanol and acetone. In dye in bath of iron, copper ion to the colored light have influence. With the appropriate pH value for bath 3 ~ 9, in dyeing and printing of its ability. The dyes bright light, and the fastness is good, can dye shallow, middle and dark, hot and solid color temperature range is wide, dyeing temperature less effect. With high temperature and high pressure dyeing, even dye the gender is poorer. In the vinegar, polyamide fiber on dyeing, its color and polyester similar, but color rate is low. But in the polyester/cotton blended fabric printing directly, cannot be printing the impression of the discharge.
