地榆皂苷I 用途与合成方法
地榆皂苷I，英文名ziyu-glycoside I，是从蔷薇科地榆属植物地榆或长叶地榆的根中提取得到的有明显药理活性的化合物。
Ziyuglycoside I 从 S. officinalis 根中分离，具有抗皱活性，并增加 I 型胶原蛋白的表达。 Ziyuglycoside I 可用作化妆品的有效成分。Ziyuglycoside I 引发 p53 介导的细胞周期阻滞和凋亡 (apoptosis)，可用于三阴乳腺癌的相关研究。
药理药效:具有一定的保肝利胆效果。
Ziyuglycoside I (5-160 µM; 24 hours) reveals a marked anti-proliferation activity with an IC 50 value of 13.96 µM in MDA-MB-231 cells. Ziyuglycoside I (5-20 µM; 24 hours) induces MDA-MB-231 cell apoptosis by increasing the percentage of apoptotic cells from 2.43% to 44.76% at 20 µM. Ziyuglycoside I (5-20 µM; 24 hours) induces the cleavage of caspas-8, caspase-9, and caspase-3, up-regulates the pro-apoptotic protein Bax, and down-regulates anti-apoptotic protein Bal-2, dose-dependently reduces the level of mito-cyto c expression.
