A simple method for efficiently preparing needle-like zirconium hydrogen phosphate (Zr(HPO4)2) using the following steps:
1) Preparing a solution of phosphoric acid at a concentration of 80 wt%, ammonia at a concentration of 30 wt%, and distilled water in a ratio of 4: 3 : 5 by volume; then adding zirconium chloride and urea to the solution, wherein the molar ratios of zirconium chloride, phosphoric acid, and urea are: 1: 2: 6~8;
2) adding linear octylphenol polyvinyl ammonium nitrate, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and cetyl ethylmorpholine ethyl ammonium sulfate to the solution, and controlling the amount of linear octylphenol polyvinyl ammonium nitrate, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and cetyl ethylmorpholine ethyl ammonium sulfate added to the solution to be 0.1 %, 0.05%, and 0.1%, respectively, of the mass of the solution;
(3) The solution was heated to 98 ?? and stirred continuously with a stirrer for 3~6 hours; after stirring, the solution was naturally cooled to room temperature, and then left to stand and age for 5 hours, and then filtered, separated, and the product was washed with distilled water for 3 times, and then dried at 110 ?? for 3 hours, which means that the crystalline intact acicular zirconium phosphate was prepared.
