Description

Synthesis
4-Methoxyphenylhydrazine hydrochloride Preparation Process: Take hydrochloric acid and sodium nitrite and add them sequentially to aniline, where the molar ratio of aniline to hydrochloric acid to sodium nitrite is 1:2.3 to 3.2:1 to 1.1, and sodium nitrite is added at 0 to 5°C. The reaction temperature is 0 to 22°C, and the reaction time is 30 to 90 minutes. Then add ammonium sulfite and hydrochloric acid according to a molar ratio to aniline of 1:2 to 3.5:2.5 to 3.0. After reduction, hydrolysis, and acidification, the product can be obtained by filtration or centrifugation.
