Characteristics Monoclinic phase zirconia is white crystal, odorless, tasteless, and difficult to dissolve in water, hydrochloric acid and dilute sulphuric acid. Its density is 5.85g/cm3and melting point 2700℃.
Applications Mainly used for manufacturing oxygen sensor, jewel, optical cable splice, metal zirconium, zirconium compounds, refractory bricks, crucibles, high-frequency ceramics, abrasive materials, ceramic pigments and zirconate, and so on.
