Characteristics
Rubber accelerator ZMBT(MZ) is slightly soluble in acetone, benzene, dichloromethane, carbon tetrachloride and alcohol, and insoluble in water and gasoline. It will decomposed in strong acid and alkali. Its density is 1.70g/cm3, melting point 300℃(decomposed).
Applications
It is acuring accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber and latex. Its properties are similar to rubber accelerator M, but the effect is weak and critical temperature of vulcanization is high(138℃). The rubber vulcanized by MZ has excellent ageing resistance and isn’t polluted. It is applicable for latex products, latex sponge, rubber shoes and medical grade products, etc.. General dosage is about 0.5~1.5. ZMBT(MZ) is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, 175.105, 178.3120 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 3-4.
Packaging Coextruded paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight 25Kg/bag.
