tribromonitromethane decomposes with explosive violence if heated rapidly. Incompatible with oxidizing agents.

Poison by
intraperitoneal route. In vapor form it is
highly toxic by ingestion and inhalation and
on contact with skin, eyes, and mucous
membranes. An explosive. When heated to
decomposition it emits very toxic fumes of
