Cyclopentyl Acetaldehyde

Cyclopentaneacetaldehyde is a reagent used in the preparation of thiomethanes as nonpeptidic potent HIV-1 protease inhibitors. As well as pyrimidinones as HIV-1 replication inhibitors.
