It can be also used as a starting material for the preparation of some other ligands such as dicyclohexylphosphine oxide , phosphino substituted
N-aryl pyrroles , di-
tert-butyl((dicyclohexylphosphino)methyl)phosphine , dicyclohexylcyclopentylphosphine. These ligands are used in Pd-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions.
