YELLOW TO GREEN FINE CRYSTALLINE POWDER
It is used in the first stage of forensic identification of latent fingerprints. It is particularly useful for paper, and for items printed with thermal inks such as receipts.
ChEBI: A member of the class of indanones that is indane in which the hydrogens at positions 2 and 4 have been replaced by oxo groups.
