Palladium acetate was dissolved in dichloromethane; dibenzylidene acetone was dissolved in anhydrous ethanol and toluene (1:1); a homemade redox resin was used to fill a two-stage 5L reactor; the palladium solution and the dibenzylidene acetone solution were added proportionally at 100C to pass through the two-stage reactor at 5 ml/min; the product was condensed and crystallized using condensate, and the liquid was transferred to the previous step for the next reaction. The elemental analysis of the obtained product was C:66.72%, H:4.71%; Pd,content was 23.36%, the purity of the product was more than 99%, and the primary yield was 89%.
