  • Chemical Properties White crystalline powder, soluble in methanol, ethanol, DMSO and other organic solvents, derived from the rhizome of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.
  • Uses Licochalcone E, a flavonoid compound isolated from Glycyrrhiza uralensis, inhibits NF-κB and AP-1 transcriptional activity through the inhibition of AKT and MAPK activation[1].
  • Biological Activity Licochalcone E, a flavonoid extracted from Glycyrrhiza inflate, inhibits the transcriptional activity of NF-κB and AP-1 by inhibiting the activation of AKT and MAPK.
