Induction of mitochondrial-dependent apoptosis in HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cells.Timosaponin A3 is a potent inhibitor of U46619, that induces rat platelet aggregation and exhibited superior selectivity for the TP receptor vs. other G protein-coupled receptors and a PKC activator.
