化学性质

2，6-二甲基-7-辛烯-2-醇为无色微稠厚液体状，无色液体，不溶于水，溶于4‑6体积55％乙醇或1‑2体积70％乙醇，也溶于油质香料。其香气清甜而有力，有新鲜辛辣的柑橘、松柏、薰衣、果香、花香，辛甜带酸的香气，且具有白柠檬、古龙气息。
