Bioactivity

名称L-(+)-Arabinose (Standard)
描述L-(+)-Arabinose (Standard) is a reference standard for L-(+)-arabinose, suitable for quantitative analysis, quality control, and related research such as biochemical experiments. L-(+)-arabinose selectively inhibits intestinal sucrase and suppresses the increase in plasma glucose levels caused by sucrose intake.
体内活性方法： 雄性Wistar大鼠（5周龄）分别饲喂含0–30%蔗糖及0–1% L-(+)-Arabinose的合成饲料10 d，以等能量摄入方式喂养，检测肝脏脂肪合成酶（乙酰CoA羧化酶、脂肪酸合成酶、ATP-柠檬酸裂解酶）活性、肝脏和血浆三酰甘油浓度、附睾脂肪垫重量、血浆胰岛素及血糖水平。 结果： 膳食蔗糖显著升高大鼠肝脏脂肪合成酶活性和三酰甘油浓度，L-(+)-Arabinose（0.5%–1%）显著抑制上述升高；L-(+)-Arabinose还显著降低附睾脂肪垫重量及血浆胰岛素和三酰甘油浓度。但对无蔗糖饲料（纯玉米淀粉）组，L-(+)-Arabinose（最高5%）不降低脂肪合成酶活性和三酰甘油水平；对葡萄糖+果糖饲料组，L-(+)-Arabinose亦无上述抑制作用[1]。
