名称Dihydromyrcenol
描述2,6-Dimethyl-7-octen-2-ol is a monoterpenoid fragrance component naturally occurring in the essential oils of plants such as blackcurrant and hops, featuring a fresh citrus-floral aroma and widely used in daily chemicals and food flavoring. 2,6-Dimethyl-7-octen-2-ol exhibits antifungal activity and certain toxicity, showing maternal and developmental toxicity in pregnant animals, thus requiring attention to its safe dosage.
体外活性方法：采用HS-SPME-GC-MS对45名肺癌患者及健康对照的尿液样本进行三重复分析。通过质谱库匹配、Kovats保留指数及可获得的标准品鉴定化合物，并采用Welch校正检验、PLS-DA、VIP评分、交叉验证和置换检验分析标准化数据。 结果：2,6-Dimethyl-7-octen-2-ol的保留时间为38.72 min，实测和文献Kovats指数分别为1431和1439。该物质在两组中的检出频率均为90%；肺癌组和健康对照组的相对峰面积范围分别为0.05–1.14和0.09–2.09。其属于对两组区分贡献最高的变量之一。[2]
