应用：植酸多存在于米糠、玉米胚芽及植物种子内,植酸以其独特的生理、药理和化学性质，被广泛应用于食品、海产品的保鲜、果蔬的护色、饮料的调酸、软化水质、白酒的降低固形物和除黄色、葡萄酒的除铁及药业、日用化工（化妆品、牙膏、洗漱用品）和金属表面处理、金属清洗、替代传统磷化、替代钼酸盐、金属防腐、电镀和纺织品脱脂等。

功能：1.植酸以植酸钙镁钾盐的形式广泛存在于植物种子内，也存在于动物有核红细胞内，可促进氧合血红蛋白中氧的释放，改善血红细胞功能，延长血红细胞的生存期。

2.植酸本身就是对人体有益的营养品，植酸在人体内水解产物为肌醇和磷脂，前者具有抗衰老作用，后者是人体细胞重要组成部分

3.植酸对绝大多数金属离子有极强络合能力，络合力与EDTA相似，但比EDTA的PH值应用范围更广,植酸二价以上金属盐均可定性沉淀。

4.每个植酸分子可提供六对氢原子使自由基的电子形成稳定结构，从而代替被保鲜物分子作为供氧分子，避免被保鲜物氧化变质。

5.植酸有良好导电性。

1. Phytic acid widely exists in plant seeds in the form of calcium-magnesium-potassium phytate, and also in nucleated red blood cells of animals. It can promote the release of oxygen from oxyhemoglobin, improve the function of red blood cells and prolong the survival period of red blood cells.
2. Phytic acid itself is a beneficial nutrient for the human body. Its hydrolysis products in the human body are inositol and phospholipids. The former has anti-aging effects, and the latter is an important component of human cells.
3. Phytic acid has a strong complexing ability with most metal ions, which is similar to that of EDTA, but it has a wider pH application range than EDTA. Phytic acid can form qualitative precipitation with all metal salts of divalent or higher valence.
4. Each phytic acid molecule can provide six pairs of hydrogen atoms to stabilize the electrons of free radicals, thus acting as an oxygen-donating molecule instead of the molecules of the preserved substances, avoiding the oxidative deterioration of the preserved substances.
5. Phytic acid has good electrical conductivity.
