Description：醋酸恩夫韦地于2003年由美国FDA批准,在HIV病毒感染的治疗中与其他抗HIV病毒药物联合应用。恩夫韦地是一种新型抗逆病毒药物,是近7年来抗艾滋病治疗药物的先锋。恩夫韦地模拟HR2域、由HIV-1gp41蛋白衍生而合成的36个氨基酸多肽,为一选择性、有效的HIV-1融合和感染抑制剂,可结合于HR1三聚体螺旋,阻止HR1-HR2六螺旋束的形成,因而防止病毒颗粒与宿主细胞融合。

Enfuvirtide Acetate was approved by the US FDA in 2003 and used in combination with other anti-HIV drugs in the treatment of HIV infection.Enfuvirtide is a new type of antiretroviral drug and a pioneer of anti AIDS drugs in the past 7 years. Enfuvirtide simulates the HR2 domain and synthesizes 36 amino acid peptides derived from HIV-1gp41 protein. It is a selective and effective HIV-1 fusion and infection inhibitor. It can bind to the HR1 trimeric helix to prevent the formation of HR1-HR2 six-helix bundles, thus preventing the fusion of virus particles with host cells.
