Slightly soluble in cold water, soluble in Chemicalbook hot water, insoluble in alcohol, benzene, ether. It is amphoteric, soluble in both acid and base. Soluble in hot water and ethanol, slightly soluble in cold water and ether. Stable to heat and oxidation.
