Applications:
CFS-973 can be used as a blocking agent to protect sensitive functional groups. It is a reagent
for the preparation of trimethylsilyl derivatives;
CFS-973 can be used as a versatile silylation agent and an intermediate for functional silicones
and pharmaceutical synthesis;
CFS-973 can be used as a tackifier and adhesion promoter for photoresist;
CFS-973 can be used in GC-MS to enhance the detectability of compounds with polar functional
groups;
CFS-973 can be used as surface modifier for inorganic fillers treatment. HMDS coatings on
various micro and nanoparticles make them be resistant to water and flocculation.
