Characteristics The density is 3.26 g/cm3, heat conductivity coefficient 320 w/(m.k). AlN has low coefficient of thermal expansion(it is 4.8×10-6/℃ when environment temperature is 20~500℃; 5.7×10-6/℃, when 100~1000℃), perfect thermal shock resistance, high volume resistivity, insulating strength and dielectric constant. Our AlN product has low oxygen content, metal impurities and narrow size distribution.
Applications Used for radiating substrate of integrated circuit, wave pieces of high-frequency information processing machine, crucibles, protecting tube of high- temperature thermocouple, coating of Gallium Arsenide, catalyst of conversion reaction between hexagonal Boron Nitride and cubic Boron Nitride and heat-conducting material of resin and rubber. Thermal conductivity is about 16 times speed increase when adding right amount of AlN in engineering plastics.
Packaging Polyethylene plastic bucket or corrugating paper board box lined with polyethylene film bagsunder vacuum conditions. Net Weight 20 Kg per bucket.
Storage Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from sunlight.
