COPPER (II) GLUCONATE, MIN. 98 is a good nutritional fortifier. It is permitted to be used in infant formula at a dosage of 7.5–10 mg/kg (calculated as copper, the same below); and in dairy products at a dosage of 5.7–7.5 mg/kg.
