A method of preparation, comprising the steps of:
80 mL of ethanolamine was added to a 100 mL hydrothermal reactor, and subsequently 0.39 g of selenium powder, 0.63 g of MnCl2-4H2O, and 0.8 g of KBH4 were placed in this reactor. The reaction kettle was placed in a vacuum drying oven and kept at 180 C for 12 h. After cooling to room temperature, the reactor was centrifuged and washed three times each with deionized water and anhydrous ethanol, and dried under vacuum at 60 C for 8 h to obtain MnSe powder.
