2-(Chloromethyl)-4-(4-nitrophenyl)-1,3-thiazole (Astragalus Polysacharin , APS) is one of the main active components of Astragalus, which has a variety of functions, including improving immune function, antioxidant, anti-radiation, anti-tumour, anti-bacterial, anti-viral and hormone-like Effects. Astragalus polysaccharides have antiviral infections, anti-tumour and neuroprotective effects, and currently, they are mainly used in biological studies, and reports indicate that astragalus polysaccharides may be candidates for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases such as diabetic cognitive dysfunction[1-4].
