Lurasidone is an atypical antipsychotic, used clinically for treatment of schizophrenia and bi-polar disorder. It has nanomolar activity as an antagonist at dopamine D2, serotonin 5-HT2A, 5-HT7, and α2C-adrenergic receptors and as an agonist at 5-HT1A receptors.
