Biological Activity
Uridine-5μ-diphosphoglucose pyrophosphorylase (UDP-glc-PPase) participates in catalyzing the synthesis of UDP-glucose. This enzyme requires divalent cations such as Mg2+, Ca2+, Mn2+, Ni2+ for its activity.
