Production involves a controlled chemical reaction between N,N-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine and propyl chloroformate in an aqueous medium. Initially, the diamine, water, and an anti-hydrolysis agent are added to a reaction kettle. Propyl chloroformate is then introduced dropwise while maintaining the temperature between 23–28 DegC over 7–8 hours. After the addition, the mixture undergoes a thermal insulation reaction for 2 hours, followed by vacuum dehydration under reduced pressure at temperatures not exceeding 110 DegC. The final product is discharged after dehydration, with water recovered for reuse.
