Aspoxicillin is an injectable, amino acid-type penicillin highly active against
Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, including the β-lactamase producing Bacillus
frugilis. It is reportedly effective in the treatment of peritonitis, pneumonia and bronchitis.
