应用

(2R,3R,4R,5S,6S)-2-(乙酰氧基甲基)-6-(4-氯-3-(4-乙氧基苄基)苯基)四氢-2H-吡喃-3,4,5-三乙酸酯可用作化工中间体,用于有机合成及实验研究。常用作有机化工原料,可用于制作香料,也是制药工业成中合成多种药物的中间体。也可以以合成席夫碱,测定食品等含有的痕量稀土金属离子[1-2]。此外,(2R,3R,4R,5S,6S)-2-(乙酰氧基甲基)-6-(4-氯-3-(4-乙氧基苄基)苯基)四氢-2H-吡喃-3,4,5-三乙酸酯主要用途充当药物合成的中间体[3]。根据现有文献,(2R,3R,4R,5S,6S)-2-(乙酰氧基甲基)-6-(4-氯-3-(4-乙氧基苄基)苯基)四氢-2H-吡喃-3,4,5-三乙酸酯在驱虫药、抗艾滋病毒药、抗乙肝病毒及抗感冒药、抗风湿药、抗组胺药、抗糖尿病药及抗癌症药等数万种药物合成中可能扮演着重要角色[4-6]。

危害

(2R,3R,4R,5S,6S)-2-(乙酰氧基甲基)-6-(4-氯-3-(4-乙氧基苄基)苯基)四氢-2H-吡喃-3,4,5-三乙酸酯对环境可能有危害,对水体应给予特别注意。此外,其对眼及上呼吸道有刺激作用。高浓度吸入后,轻者有欣快或窒息感,继之出现抑郁、肌无力、呕吐;重者意识丧失、大小便失禁、强直性痉挛、血压下降。误服可致死。长期接触此物质会出现头晕、头痛、失眠、步态不稳及消化道功能紊乱,严重可导致肝肾损害。

泄露处理

(2R,3R,4R,5S,6S)-2-(乙酰氧基甲基)-6-(4-氯-3-(4-乙氧基苄基)苯基)四氢-2H-吡喃-3,4,5-三乙酸酯一旦被大量泄露,应迅速撤离泄漏污染区人员至安全区,并进行隔离,严格限制出入。切断火源。建议应急处理人员戴自给正压式呼吸器,穿防毒服。尽可能切断泄漏源。防止流入下水道、排洪沟等限制性空间。当小量泄漏时,可以用砂土、干燥石灰或苏打灰混合。也可以用大量水冲洗,洗水稀释后放入废水系统。
