Propargyl-PEG4-thiol Chemical Properties,Usage,Production

  • Description Propargyl-PEG4-thiol is a crosslinker containing a propargyl group and thiol group. The propargyl group can form triazole linkage with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules via copper catalyzed Click Chemistry reactions. The thiol group reacts with maleimide, OPSS, vinylsulfone and transition metal surfaces including gold, silver, etc.
  • Biological Activity Propargyl-PEG4-thiol is a PROTAC linker and belongs to the PEG class. It can be used to synthesize a series of PROTAC molecules. It is a non-cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs).
