Herbicide: Thiazopyr is not permitted as an active ingredient by the European Commission after July 25, 2003. It is used as a preemergent herbicide to control annual grasses and certain broadleaf weeds on citrus crops. Thiazopyr is not approved for use in EU countries[ 115]. Registered for use in the U.S.
