Description
Aminoindans (AI) were originally studied as semi-
rigid congeners of phenylethylamines, which are psychoactive alkaloids. 2-
AI is an aminoindane that serves as the starting point for the synthesis of psychoactive compounds, such as 5,6-
methylenedioxy-
2-
aminoindane. 2-
AI itself has modest analgesic and stimulatory properties. This product is intended for forensic applications.
