rac-glycerol (OOL) is a triacylglycerol containing oleic acid at the
sn-1 and
sn-2 positions and linoleic acid at the
sn-3 position. It is found in a variety of seed and vegetable oils, including pumpkin seed, olive, and sesame oils.
Uses
