Chemical Properties
The seeds of Trigoella foenumgaccum, an annual herb of the leguminous family, yellow-brown, smooth surface, slightly oval or square, about 3-5mm long, with a deep groove on the seeds. Has a good caramel flavor, slightly bitter, like maple sugar.
