Uses
Deoxyandrographolide has antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, anti-leptin properties. Treponema pallidosis, antibacterial, anticancer, hepatoprotective and antihypertensive activities.
Biological Activity
Deoxyandrographolide, isolated from Andrographis paniculata, inhibits LPS-induced elevation of iNOS mRNA levels and production of pro-inflammatory mediators TNF-α and IL-6. It enhances NGF-induced neurite outgrowth.
