Description
N-(2-Hydroxy-3-sulfopropyl)-3,5-dimethoxyaniline sodium is a compound with antidiabetic activity and is a competitive inhibitor of cholesterol esterase, which reduces plasma levels of fatty acids and cholesterol. It can also be combined with dextran sulfate and other amines for the analysis of test samples.
