Mazethramycin is an anthramycin group antibiotic that is isolated from Streptomyces thioluteus ME561.
Uses
Mazethramycin is an antitumor antibiotic that exerts its antitumor effect by interfering with cellular DNA replication and RNA synthesis. Mazethramycin can be used in cancer research[1].
