Titanium dioxide lewis structure, is it an ionic compound?

Titanium dioxide (TiO2) molecule includes two oxygen (O) atoms and one Titanium (Ti) atom. To draw its lewis structure, we need to put the titanium atom in center, two oxygen atoms are arranged on either side, with the titanium and oxygen atoms connected by a double bond.
