性状：L-异亮氨酸为白色结晶小片或结晶性粉末。略有苦味。无臭。升华温度168～170℃。约于284℃熔化并分解。10％水溶液的PH为5.5-7.0。化学性质稳定。在食品烹调、加工受热时几乎无损失。溶于水（4.03g/100ml，20℃），微溶于热乙醇，溶于稀无机酸和碱性溶液。不溶于冷乙醇和乙醚。

用途：营养增补剂。必须氨基酸之一。每天最低需要量约0.7g。

DESCRIPTION: Small piece of white crystal or crystalline powder. Slightly bitter taste. Odorless. Sublimation temperature is 168 ~ 170 ℃. Melting and decompose at about 284 ℃. 10% aqueous solution of the PH is 5.5-7.0. Chemical properties is stable. After heating is almost no loss in the food cooking. Soluble in water (4.03g/100ml, 20 ℃). Slightly soluble in hot ethanol. Soluble in dilute inorganic acid and alkaline solution. Insoluble in cold ethanol and ether.

APPLICATION: Nutritional supplements. One essential amino acids. The minimum needs of about 0.7g daily
