1.主要成分

含丁香烯，桧烯，石竹烯，丁香酚，桉叶素，苧烯等。

混溶于无水乙醇，氯仿和乙醚。

2.制法

由马鞭草科植物牡荆的新鲜叶经水蒸气蒸馏而得。得率约.01%~0.15%（初馏分宜弃去）。
