名称Protamine (salmon)
描述Protamine (salmon) is a strongly basic cationic small protein rich in arginine, originally extracted from salmon sperm. Protamine (salmon) possesses antioxidant, anti-heparin, and antimicrobial activities, and can neutralize the anticoagulant function of heparin, thereby preventing the formation of antithrombin complexes in canine samples pretreated with heparin in vitro.
体内活性方法：雄性Wistar大鼠摄入含0%、2%或5%Protamine (salmon)的AIN-93G饲料，并测定血清和肝脏脂质、肝脏脂质代谢酶、粪便脂质排泄及肝脏胆固醇代谢基因表达。 结果：膳食Protamine (salmon)改变血清和肝脏脂质指标以及与胆固醇稳态相关的肝脏基因表达；研究认为其作用可能部分与精蛋白较高的精氨酸含量有关。[1] 方法：雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠经胃内给予含0、200或500 mg/kgProtamine (salmon)的玉米油乳剂，或连续5周摄入含相应精蛋白剂量的高脂饲料。 结果：Protamine (salmon)降低餐后血浆甘油三酯；在5周实验中，200和500 mg/kg分别使体重增加减少52和66 g、内脏脂肪减少5和8 g、皮下脂肪减少12和15 g、血浆甘油三酯降低17和45 mg/100 mL、胆固醇降低18和22 mg/100 mL。[2]
